What does Wavesteam do?
Wavesteam is a custom software and digital delivery team. We build mobile apps, mini-programs, enterprise systems, AI applications, and IoT platforms and provide the work from discovery and design through launch and handover. We do not present every requirement as a reason to commission custom development.
“Software development” covers a broad market. Wavesteam does not sell one fixed template or merely rent individual programmers. We turn a business objective into a working, testable product. An engagement may begin with a prototype or one workflow, or extend an existing system with mobile access, device connectivity, analytics, or AI. When a mature SaaS product covers the important needs, we recommend buying and configuring it. Custom work becomes valuable when workflow, integration, data control, or long-term evolution is genuinely different.

An app or mini-program engagement usually includes product structure, interaction and visual design, client and server work, administration, third-party APIs, tests, and release. For multiple endpoints, we first establish whether users need push, Bluetooth, location, or frequent app usage. Enterprise systems are defined by rules and data ownership: who creates an order, who approves a price change, when inventory moves, how a refund reverses, and which departments can see each field. Wavesteam estimates from roles, processes, volumes, interfaces, and acceptance rather than feature labels such as “CRM” or “dashboard.” Existing standard products can stay and connect through APIs instead of being replaced merely for technical uniformity.
AI delivery includes source preparation, retrieval and citations, permission filtering, prompt and model versions, evaluation, cost monitoring, and human handling. A new engagement needs a baseline and acceptance on representative client samples.
IoT work addresses protocols, gateways or cloud ingestion, online state, telemetry, alerts, command acknowledgement, firmware, and account permissions. Before commitment, we still verify device documentation, protocol access, site connectivity, scale, and control safety. Where the protocol or hardware support is uncertain, an integration proof comes first.
An engagement starts with the objective and current examples and produces a first scope, prototype, technical risks, and acceptance criteria. Progress is shown through runnable versions. Handover supplies the contracted source, data design, deployment material, editable designs, and account inventory, followed by a client release or takeover exercise. Wavesteam is best suited to clients who provide an accountable business owner, accept staged validation, and value asset control. Projects requiring specialist licences, extensive permanent on-site staffing, hardware mass production, or standard software procurement receive an explicit capability and partnership assessment rather than an automatic yes.
